Where and how do you ship?
We ship nationwide through local couriers or express deliveries.

What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping fees are in fixed rate per area. Your total shipping fee is computed at checkout.

How will I know when my order has been shipped? Can I track my order?
We will send you an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number and estimated delivery schedule will also be provided in the notification.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Kindly allow 7 days for us to deliver your order from the time of confirmation of payment. For areas in Visayas / Mindanao may take up to 10 days.

Pre-orders and personalized items

Orders marked as “pre-order” and items which are personalized will take longer to fulfill. Production lead times are stipulated on the product page under the heading “product description”. We will regularly notify you on the status of your order.
